Liz Hurley in step parenting nightmare

Stop playing mummy to my children, Liz! Warne’s ex says it is ‘disrespectful’

There seemed to be more than a little tension in the air when they met at a recent sporting event.

Now Shane Warne’s ex-wife Simone Callahan has ensured her next encounter with Liz Hurley will be an even chillier affair after warning her: ‘Stop playing mum to my children.’

Former model Miss Callahan admitted she still found it painful to see Miss Hurley with her three children by Warne, daughters Brooke, 14, and Summer, ten, and 12-year-old son Jackson.

Responding to comments made this month by the actress that the children called her ‘Mummy Two’, Miss Callahan said: ‘I can’t control what people say, but it’s just disrespectful as far as I’m concerned.

‘She is not their mum. And the kids know exactly what the situation is.’

In an interview, Miss Callahan, 42, described the ‘awkward’ moment when Warne and 46-year-old Miss Hurley turned up at an event at her younger daughter’s school.

Wow ! They both need to get over this I think an put the children before their own ego’s. And Liz if you need step-parenting advice I suggest you look at my tips here.

Good news for young girls – Modesty is fashion’s hottest look

The new demure: Thighs? Cleavage? Put ‘em away!

Finally a fashion fad I won’t mind if my daughter follows.

Parents, breathe a sigh of relief. At last it’s fashionable to cover up. As the Duchess of Cambridge proved last week, more is now officially more when it comes to dressing for a night out.  Looking elegant and demure in her cream Roland Mouret dress, Kate mirrored the new mood of modesty which also dominated the red carpet at New York’s Met Ball last Monday evening.

There, A-listers including Hilary Swank, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cameron Diaz and Cate Blanchett — ladies not usually averse to flashing a little bit of flesh — covered up in full-length, high-necked gowns.

This fad, believed to be started by Miss Beckham herself has me for one smiling ear to ear maybe finally Respect is back on the Fashion Agenda !
